Shipping Costs:
✔ Free on orders £20+ (after discounts)
✔ £2.45 for small & light items under £20
✔ £4.95 for larger items under £20
✔ £6.95 for express shipping

Delivery Times:
✔ Standard (2-3 working days): Royal Mail 48 or Evri
✔ Express (Next working day): Royal Mail 24 or Evri

Order Processing:
✔ Orders before 2:00 pm ship same day (Mon-Sun, excl. holidays)
✔ Orders after 2:00 pm ship next working day
✔ Some products require 1-7 working days to process

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders process quickly—we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Email hello@bluebadgecompany.co.uk ASAP. If your order is returned due to incorrect details, a £5.95 processing fee applies. Postage fees are non-refundable.
